Audi Australia has released local pricing and specifications for the 2024 Audi TT Final Edition, which is a limited edition to celebrate the end of production of the TT coupe and roadster. A total of 662,762 TTs were produced since production began in 1998, with three generations produced. Australian Final Edition models will be based on the entry-level TT 45 TFSI, with Audi Australia claiming an increase in $14,000 in overall value thanks to extra standard equipment.
“Instantly recognisable, the Audi TT rightly enjoys its place as a modern classic,” says Jeff Mannering, Director of Audi Australia. “From the original concept car in 1995, through three generations and various specialist iterations over the years, it has struck a chord with customers and critics alike right around the world.”
“Boasting all of the elements that have endeared the TT to a legion of customers over its 25 year production, the TT Final Edition is a fitting way to farewell this automotive icon. It has all of the style of the original at its core, coupled with impressive performance and a high level of specification as befits this limited edition release.”
Priced from $88,479 plus on-road costs, the 2024 Audi TT Final Edition costs $4,479 more than the TT 45 TFSI on which it’s based. But, according to Audi Australia, $14,000 of extra equipment has been added as standard. This includes the S Line Competition package, which adds gloss black 19-inch alloy wheels, a rear spoiler and black exterior highlights, as well as a flat-bottomed suede steering wheel with a rear 12 o’clock marker, Nappa leather electric front sports seats with heating and extended leather trim inserts on the centre console and doors.
Under the bonnet of the 2024 Audi TT Final Edition is the same 180kW/370Nm 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine that’s used in the TT 45 TFSI. It’s mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with the brand’s Quattro all-wheel drive system.
